Andrea: Hello, I am feeling ill. Do you have any appointment with doctor Torres for this morning?
Secretary: Uhm… Let me see what I can do. It seems there aren’t any appointments available for this morning, but I have one for today’s afternoon.
Andrea: Yes, I can. At what time?
Secretary: There’s a space with Dr Torres at 4:40 PM.
Andrea: Okay. Thanks.
Secretary: Can I have your name, please?
Andrea: Andrea Saints.
Secretary: How old are you?
Andrea: I am 30 years old.
Secretary: Do you have a medical insurance?
Andrea: Yes, I do.
Secretary: Great, so. That’s it. Please, arrive 20 minutes before your appointment and bring your papers and identification. See you later.
